Booking & Service

We offer same-day appointments when available β€” call us before noon for the best chance of a same-day response. In most cases we can arrange a next-day appointment. Emergency situations are prioritised and we'll always do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Call us on 01634 283215 for the fastest response.
We are based in Medway and cover all Medway towns including Chatham, Gillingham, Rochester, Rainham, Strood, Walderslade, Hempstead and Lordswood. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just call us β€” we're happy to advise.
No contract is required for residential customers. You pay for the treatment programme and that's it. For commercial customers, we offer both one-off treatments and ongoing annual contracts β€” the contract option includes scheduled visits, documentation and priority emergency response.
Yes β€” residential surveys are free of charge when a treatment is subsequently booked. For some larger or more complex jobs (such as bird proofing or guano clearance), a survey is required before we can provide a quote. Commercial surveys are also free of charge.
Yes β€” we understand the need for discretion and can attend in unmarked vehicles on request. Simply let us know when you book and we'll arrange this for you. Our admin team handle all enquiries with complete confidentiality.

Pricing & Payment

We publish our standard residential prices on our Price List page. Rat and mice programmes are Β£195 + VAT for a 3-visit programme. Wasps are Β£110 + VAT per nest. Fleas range from Β£120–£240 + VAT depending on property size. Bed bug treatments range from Β£180–£540 + VAT. All prices are transparent and fixed β€” no hidden charges.
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the current standard rate. This will always be clearly stated before you commit to any treatment.
For residential customers, payment is due on the day of the first visit. We accept card payments. Commercial customers can be invoiced β€” please discuss this with us when setting up your account or contract.

Treatments & Safety

The safety of your family and pets is our absolute priority. We conduct a specific risk assessment on every visit and use products that are registered and approved for use in residential settings. Our technicians will provide you with specific safety instructions for your treatment, including any precautions needed. All our treatments comply with COSHH regulations.
Preparation depends on the type of treatment. We'll always provide you with clear instructions before we arrive. Common preparation steps include covering or removing food, vacating the premises for a short period (particularly for bed bug and flea treatments), and ensuring access to affected areas. If we're unable to access the treatment area, we may not be able to complete the job.
This varies depending on the pest and treatment method. Wasp nest treatments typically work within a few hours. Rodent baiting programmes are designed over 3 visits to allow time for the baiting to take effect. Bed bug treatments may require 2 visits for established infestations. Our technicians will always give you a clear timeline for what to expect.
If additional visits are required beyond the standard programme, we'll always discuss this with you and provide a clear quote before any further charge is made. We'll never add unexpected costs β€” if more work is needed, you'll be fully informed and in control of the decision.
For most treatments, you do not need to vacate your home. However, bed bug treatments require you to leave the property for up to 3 hours while treatment dries, and some flea treatments may also require a short period of absence. We'll always let you know in advance so you can plan accordingly.

Identification

Bed bugs can be identified by itchy bites (often appearing in a line or cluster), small blood stains on sheets or pillowcases, dark spots of excrement on mattress seams, a sweet musty odour, and the presence of the bugs themselves β€” small, flat, reddish-brown insects about the size of an apple seed. They are typically found near sleeping areas. If you suspect bed bugs, call us promptly β€” early treatment is far more straightforward than treating an established infestation.
Common signs include droppings (rat droppings are larger β€” about 12–18mm β€” while mouse droppings are much smaller, around 3–6mm), gnaw marks on food packaging, skirting boards, cables or pipes, scratching noises particularly at night, greasy marks along walls and runs, and nesting material such as shredded paper or fabric. If you've seen any of these signs, act quickly β€” rodents breed rapidly and problems escalate fast.
